Today's Workout 09.12.14. - Back Squats, Box Front Squats

Strength

Back Squats - 3 x 5, 3 x 3 reps 
Box Front Squats - 8, 8, 6, 6 reps

Accessory Work

Hamstring Curl - 3 x 10 reps 
Leg Press - 3 x 15 reps 
V-ups - 3 x 10 reps

Superset

3 Rounds
3 Squat Cleans
4 Hack Squats
10 GHDSU

WOD

EMOM x 10 mins:
Even: 4 Back Squats (225) + 6 Pull-ups
Odd: 6 Burpees + 4 DB Snatches
