Strength

Bench Press - 3 x 5 reps, 3 x 3 reps
Inclined Bench Press - 12, 10, 8, 8 reps

Accessory Work

DB Bench Press - 3 x 8 reps
DB Inclined Flyes -  3 x 8 reps
Tricep Bar Pushdowns - 3 x 10 reps
