Strength

Deadlift - 3 x 5, 2 x 3, 1 x 1+ reps 
Power Cleans - 4 x 5 reps

Accessory Work

Bent-over Rows - 3 x 10 reps
One-arm DB Rows  - 3 x 8 reps
