Today's Workout 15.12.14. - Back Squats, Paused Front Squats

Strength

Back Squats - 3 x 5, 2 x 3, 2 x 1 reps 
Paused Front Squats - 4 x 3 reps

Accessory Work

Front Squat - EMOM x 7 mins @ 90% of 1RM
Hamstring Curl - 3 x 8 reps 
Leg Press - 4 x 8 reps
