Today's Workout 11.12.14. - Deadlifts, Power Cleans

Strength

Deadlift - 3 x 5, 3x3 reps 
Power Cleans - 4 x 5 reps

Accessory Work

Bent-over Rows - 3 x 10 reps
One-arm DB Rows  - 3 x 8 reps

Superset

3 Rounds
12 Wide-grip Lateral Pull-downs
12 Palm-in Pull-downs

WOD

EMOM x 10 min:
Even: 5 Power Cleans (145) + 12 Lateral Plyo Skiers
Odd: 8 Pendlay Rows + 5 Pull-ups
