Strength

Back Squats - 15, 12, 8, 8, 8 reps 
Front Squats - 6, 6, 4, 4 reps

Accessory Work

Hamstring Curl - 15, 12, 10 reps 
Leg Extensions - 3 x 15 reps 
Straight Leg Deadlifts - 3 x 8 reps
