Today's Workout 12.11.14. - Back Squats, Front Squats

Strength

Back Squat - 7 x 6 reps 
Front Squat - 3 x 8 reps

Accessory Work

Leg Press - 4 x 10 reps
Hack Squat - 4 x 8 reps

Superset

3 Rounds
10 Glute-ham Raises
10 Weighted Sit-ups
10 Jumping Squats

WOD

EMOM x 10 mins
Even: 5 Front Squats (165) + 10 Double Unders
Odd: 2 Squat Cleans (165) + 5 Pull-ups
