Strength

Deadlift - 5, 5, 5, 3, 3 (work up to heaviest)
Bent-over Rows - 10, 10, 8, 8, 6, 6 (work up to heaviest)

Accessory Work

One-armed DB Row - 8 x 3 sets
DB Back Fly's - 8 x 3 sets
