Strength

Bench Press - 5 reps @ 65%, 75%, 3 reps @ 85%, 1 reps @ 95% of 1RM
Push Press - 5 x 3 sets @ 75% of 1RM

Accessory Work

DB Overhead Press - 8 x 3 sets
Tricep Pull-downs - 10 x 3 sets
