Today's Workout 01.08.14 - Back Squats, Overhead Squats

Strength

Back Squat - 5x3 sets @ 75% of 1RM
Overhead Squat - 5x3 sets @ 75% of 1RM

Accessory Work

Hamstring Curls - 10x3 sets
Wallballs - 10x3 sets

Metcon

3 Rounds of complex (complex is 3 sets)
Power Clean + 2 Front Squats + Push Press = 1 set

WOD

10 min AMRAP
8 Front Squats
16 KB Swings
32 Double Unders
