Todays Workout 13.04.14 - Rest/Recovery Day

Take this day to work on mobility and gymnastic movements. Practice any skills that need improvement, and if your willing to, perform the following workout:

Metcon: 5 Rounds
10 Burpees
15 KB Swings
20 Switch Lunges

WOD: 3 Rounds
200m Sprint
10 Push-ups
5 Strict Pull-ups
