Sorry for the late post! Tuesdays are always super hectic for me, especially having an exam today. This workout was a great stress reliever from all the crap I've been doing this week. Was feeling pretty sore, but I'm hoping the amino-acids I bought will help with that. Tomorrow's Wednesday and you know what that means.. Metcon Day! Waking up early to get it out of the way, so I'll have it posted first thing in the morning.
