Todays Workout 24.02.14

Warm-up: 3 Rounds
1 Squat Clean
1 Split Jerk

Strength:
Front Squat 5-5-5-5-5 (135, 175, 195, 215, 225 #)
Behind Neck Split Jerk 4-4-4-4 (135#)

Metcon:
3 Clean & Jerks
3 Pull-ups
6 Clean & Jerks
6 Pull-ups
9 Clean & Jerks
9 Pull-ups
12 Clean & Jerks
12 Pull-ups
Rest 5 mins

Then,

5 Rounds:
6 Front Squats (165#)
9 Inclined Push-ups
12 KB Swings (50#)

WOD: 10 min AMRAP
1,1...2,2...3,3...4,4...etc..
Burpee Box Jumps (24")
Chest-to-bar Pull-ups

Cool-down: 3 Rounds
5 Row-pulls, then row 250m

Completing this workout completely RX'd felt absolutely great. Had me dripping sweat by the time I was done, but I had tons of energy to blow off today. This workout is meant to tire you out, while testing you physical and mental strength as you complete it. Try to take as little of rests as possible, except where prescribed and you won't regret it. Great way to start this Monday morning!
