Deadlift - 6 x 4 sets (work up to heaviest)
Pendlay Rows - 5 x 4 sets (work up to heaviest)

Accessory Work

Lateral Pull-downs - 8 x 3 sets
Back Fly's - 8 x 3 sets

Metcon

Work up to heaviest of complex
Clean deadlift + Hang Squat Clean + Squat Clean

WOD

EMOM x 12 mins
Even: 5 Bent-over Rows + 5 Burpees
Odd: 4 Sumo High-pulls + 4 Strict Chin-ups
