Warm-Up

15 min on foam roller, then
100 Double Unders

Metcon 1

1 Power Snatch + 2 Snatch Pulls + 3 Snatch Grip Deadlifts

Metcon 2

EMOM x 8 mins
 Even: 5 Snatch Grip Bent-over Rows + 5 KB Swings
Odd: 2 Squat Clean & Jerks + 5 Dips
