Today's Workout 13.06.14 - Friday Beatdown

It's Friday the 13th today, and also my 100th post, so I'm not sure if today will be lucky or unlucky! To celebrate though, today's workout will consist of two difficult metcons in order to suffer the "unlucky" pain, and "luckily" finish both feeling good.

Metcon 1

5 Rounds for time
5 Handstand Push-ups
5 Pistols
15 Pull-ups
12 Deadlifts (155)
9 Hang Power Cleans (155)
6 Push Jerks (155)

Metcon 2

15 min AMRAP
3 Power Cleans (185)
3 Rounds
5 Pull-ups
10 Push-ups
15 Squats
