Todays Workout 05.04.14 - Conditioning

It's Saturday! That only means one thing... Conditioning Day! Get the running shoes on and the heart rate up. If you're up for it, complete the metcon and WOD right after finishing the main workout.

Main:
Run 5k

Metcon: 1-1-1-1-1 of Complex
Strict Press
Push Jerk
Split Jerk

WOD: "Dork"
33 Front Squats
15 Burpees
33 Deadlifts
15 Burpees
33 KB Swings
15 Burpees

Lost track a little, but who's to complain!
