This was an insane workout! Me and a friend did this one together, so you can use the time that they complete each round in as a rest. Works perfectly, but definitely does not make it any easier. Have fun with this one but push yourself (and if you have a friend push them) to the absolute breaking point. You'll love how you feel after completing this workout!!
