Strength

Bench Press - 5 reps @ 75%, 3 reps @ 85%, 1+ reps @ 95% of 1RM
Push Press -  5 reps @ 65%, 75%, 85% of 1RM

Accessory Work

DB Inclined Bench Press - 8 x 3 sets
Tricep Pull-downs - 8 x 3 sets
