Strict Press - 5 reps @ 75%, 3 reps @ 85%, 1 reps @ 95% of 1RM
Close Grip Bench Press - 5 reps @ 65%, 75%, 85% of 1RM

DB Shoulder Press - 8 x 3 sets
Tricep Push-downs - 8 x 3 sets
