Today's Workout 25.06.14 - Bench Press, Snatches

Strength

Squat Snatches - EMOM x 5 mins (use heaviest)
Bench Press - 5x7 sets across

Metcon 1

 21 Back Squats
9 Handstand Push-ups
 15 Back Squats
15 Handstand Push-ups
 9 Back Squats
21 Handstand Push-ups

Metcon 2

EMOM x 12 mins
Even: 7 Deadlifts (225)
Odd: 7 Strict Ring Dips

WOD

Run 5k or Bike 15k
then,
3 Rounds (w/ weighted vest)
20 Air Squats
15 Sit-ups
10 Push-ups
5 Ring Dips
