Todays Workout 29.03.14 - Recovery Day

After completing 14.5, along with a week of extremely hard training, today is about mobility and stretching. Complete the following, then spend 30-45mins using rollers, bands, balls, etc. to fully loosen any tightness.

Metcon 1: 3 Rounds
6 Power Snatches (95#)
18 Pull-ups

Metcon 2: 3 Rounds
6 Squat Cleans (155#)
12 Chest-to-Bar Pull-ups

Metcon 3: 3 Rounds
5 Box Jumps (30")
7 Push-ups
9 GHD Situps
7 Air Squats
5 Dips
Snatch form is improving!

I finished this workout with a light bike ride, then some banded stretching. Great way to loosen up and get outside!
