Todays Workout 28.02.14

Crossfit Open Workout 14.1
10 min. AMRAP
30 Double-unders
15 Power Snatches (75#)

This is the first workout for the 2014 Crossfit Open! I am competing this year so I will attach the video for my submission below for you all to see how I did (hopefully pretty good). 

Afterwards,  work on some mobility and do some stretching. The body needs a good cool-down after this one!
